At KEYSTONE, we believe that “OEM” doesn’t mean “the limit.”
While working on our drift kart and other custom projects, we realized that many OEM components perform well under normal use — but under higher loads and extreme conditions, there’s room for improvement. That’s when we started developing our own reinforced replacement parts.
Our mission was simple yet ambitious:
Recreate the original components in exact 1:1 scale, but make them lighter, stronger, and more responsive.
To achieve this, we used high-strength seamless alloy steel tubing as the primary structural material. Compared to standard steel, it offers superior torsional rigidity, tensile strength, and welding stability — allowing the chassis to maintain its geometry even under extreme stress.

For the joints and connections, we upgraded to premium Heim joints (spherical rod ends), commonly found in race cars and performance suspension systems. These joints provide exceptional articulation, durability, and consistent performance, minimizing flex and vibration compared to traditional rubber bushings.

Every piece was digitally scanned and 3D-modeled to ensure exact OEM dimensions, followed by multiple rounds of stress simulation and physical testing. The result — a part that’s not only lighter, but significantly stiffer and more precise in response.

These reinforced components are not mere replacements; they are engineered evolutions of the originals.
They embody our dedication to craftsmanship, performance, and mechanical artistry.
At KEYSTONE, we don’t just replicate OEM parts —
we redefine them.
